A new bungalow just a few feet taller than the existing but with three new bedrooms and two baths on the second floor

A Bigger Bungalow

Structural Insulated Panels,  SIPs,  were used to frame the new roof. They provided a tight construction, with minimal thickness, to get as much headroom as possible within the View District height limits. Lots of dormers were needed to get all the necessary bedrooms and baths upstairs and maintain the classic Craftsman appearance.
